Gather and document business and system requirements.
Manage and maintain business databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Manage and analyse inventory and stock-management data.
Develop operational reports, dashboards and management information.
Use Microsoft Excel and Power BI to analyse and present business data.
Monitor inventory movements, stock levels, usage and purchasing requirements.
Support maintenance, fleet, job-management and inventory systems.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, data collection and reporting.
Work with software providers and technology vendors to resolve system issues.
Assist with Microsoft 365, SharePoint and other business applications.
Develop process documentation, workflows and user guides.
Provide system support and training to staff.
Provide management with data-driven insights and recommendations.
