Cleaner (Retail) - Full Time & Casual

About the Role

We are seeking motivated and reliable Cleaners to join our team across full-time and casual positions based in the southern suburbs of the Gold Coast.

The full-time position follows a set night shift roster of Friday to Tuesday, 0000–0736, and is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently in a quiet, overnight retail environment.

We are also seeking casual cleaners who are available to work across a range of shifts as required. These positions provide flexibility while supporting the ongoing cleaning requirements of the site.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and sanitise food courts and seating areasDetail and maintain amenitiesMaintain car parks, entrances, and public areasClean escalators, office spaces, and back-of-house areasPerform touchpoint cleaning on high-contact surfacesReport maintenance or safety hazards to managementFollow cleaning schedules, policies, and safety standards

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in retail or commercial cleaningCurrent National Police Check (within 6 months)Valid QLD Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicleFor the full-time position, ability to work the fixed overnight rosterFor casual positions, flexibility to work shifts as requiredAbility to work independently and within a teamStrong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
