Success for us isn't about awards or growth, it's when we deliver so well that our customers are proud to wear a McNab T-Shirt on weekends!About the RoleBased in our Southbank office, this newly created position of Senior Commercial Manager (Property), will strategically lead and embed the commercial function for our rapidly expanding McNab Property business, reporting to the Executive Head of Property.The role will provide commercial leadership across the property development portfolio, ensuring risk-adjusted financial performance and robust governance through commercial assessment, capital allocation and management, and risk management. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic commercial leadership across the property development portfolio.Drive risk-adjusted financial performance through commercial assessment, capital allocation, funding management and risk management.Build, review and validate development feasibilities, financial models, and funding strategies.Lead scenario and sensitivity analysis to test project viability and improve returns.Manage CAPEX budgets, portfolio funding tables and capital deployment reporting.Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly and annual cash flow forecasts.Assess and structure debt, capital raising and financing solutions for development projects.Prepare funding submissions, investment memoranda and executive papers.Work closely with internal leaders, financiers, legal, valuers, agents and external advisors.Present commercial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
About YouDegree in property economics, finance, commerce or a related disciplineRelevant professional experience, and professional membership/s (e.g. API, RICS, CA/CPA) well regardedAdvanced Excel and development feasibility software (e.g. EstateMaster/ARGUS)Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable in the detail - operates at both levelsHigh attention to detail and financial disciplineClear communicator - able to distil complex analysis into a one-page recommendationCommercially pragmatic with a risk-aware mindset
