As an authorised Daimler Trucks dealership, we work across Mercedes-Benz, Freightliner and Fuso vehicles — along with defence vehicles, tankers and specialised equipment. No two days are the same.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day coordination of workshop operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing customer enquiries face-to-face, by phone and email
• Booking and coordinating workshop jobs
• Preparing repair orders and job documentation
• Liaising with technicians and parts departments
• Processing invoices and quotations
• Providing customers with updates on repairs and job progress
• Maintaining accurate records and administrative systems

• Sound computer skills including Outlook and Excel
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Highly Regarded

• Previous Service Advisor or administration experience
• Experience with Equip or dealership management systems
• Automotive, transport or workshop industry exposure
