About Removify

Removify is an award-winning, Melbourne-founded tech company helping businesses defend and repair their online reputations. Since launching in 2019 we've scaled fast, and now serve customers across Australia, the US, UK, Canada and Europe. Our product surface is a set of custom internal systems plus customer-facing platforms, all under continuous development.

About the job

This is a lead, hands-on product design role for someone who designs how products work, not just how they look. You'll own product design across our internal tools and our customer-facing products, Amplify and the customer portal.

Seniority here is capability and ownership, not headcount. There are no direct reports. Product vision starts with our founder; yours from day one is the design, the user experience and the roadmap that gets it built. For the right person there is real scope to take on product ownership properly.

What you'll own

• Designing how products behave: workflows, journeys, product logic
• Build-ready designs engineers act on without waiting
• Own the design and delivery of Amplify and the portal
• The roadmap: what gets built, in what order
• Lightweight standards and ways of working, without bureaucracy

Skills and experience

• 8+ years hands-on product design, or equivalent adjacent depth
• Sole or lead designer, accountable for product outcomes
• Introduced process or standards into a scrappy team
• Design toolchain fluency; AI used to accelerate, not replace
• Collaborative and pragmatic, with seasoned product judgement
