Admin & Service Coordinator - Pest Management

In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. This is a busy office-based role in Thirroul, close to the beach with on-site parking, and candidates who live locally are encouraged to apply! 

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Answering a high volume of incoming calls and responding to booking inquiries
• Organising jobs for technicians across Sydney, Wollongong, Southern Highlands, Central Coast, and Canberra
• Providing a high level of customer service to all clients and property managers 
• Writing up quotes based on client needs
• Managing schedules and ensuring timely service delivery
• Supporting the wider team during busy periods or sick leave and annual leave

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience in a similar administration-based role, and experience scheduling trades would be ideal! 
• Knowledge of pest management (ideal but not essential, as full training will be provided)
• Strong customer service skills and excellent time management abilities
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with systems such as Xero and Fergus, would be desirable
• A flexible attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
