Your New Role
Partnering with stakeholders across the enterprise, you'll deliver workforce analytics, forecasting and scenario modelling that enable leaders to make evidence-based decisions about workforce capability, capacity and future talent needs. You'll play a key role in advancing strategic workforce planning, workforce transformation initiatives and Project HELIX (Workday), while helping build Aware's workforce intelligence capability.
Please note this is a 12month max term full time opportunity
Some responsibilities include:Deliver workforce planning analytics, executive reporting, dashboards and workforce insights that inform strategic decision-making;Analyse workforce trends including headcount, turnover, internal mobility, workforce composition, diversity, capability and organisational effectiveness;Support enterprise workforce planning activities including workforce forecasting, capability gap analysis and workforce risk identification;Analyse labour flows including hiring, promotions, internal mobility, exits and talent movement to support workforce decisions;Contribute to workforce foundations as part of Project HELIX, including organisational design, job architecture, position management and workforce reporting; andPartner with People Analytics & Insights to improve workforce data quality, reporting automation and workforce planning tools.How do you exceed our expectations?The idea of being part of our growth is exciting and you want to play a pivotal role in making super simple;A tertiary qualification in HR, Business, Economics, Analytics, Data or a related discipline;Proven experience in workforce planning, workforce intelligence, people analytics or a related analytical discipline;Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, organisational analysis, workforce modelling or scenario planning;Demonstrated expertise using data visualisation and reporting tools such as Power BI and advanced Excel;An understanding of organisational design, job architecture or workforce management concepts;You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face.
