Commencing January 2027, we have exciting opportunities for first timers, experienced winery operators, people from other industries and returnees.

The Vintage Laboratory Technical Assistant is responsible for:

• Assisting the Laboratory Technician and Laboratory Team Leader in the efficient operation of the winery laboratory
• Daily duties include managing analysis requests from winemakers
• Actively participate and cooperate in a team environment to meet the core objectives of the company.
• Have a strong commitment to maintaining a high standard of customer service internally and externally
• Following Quality Management systems, Food Safety, Work Health and Safety practices

To be successful in for these roles you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:

• 1-2 years' lab experience in wine, food/beverage, or pharmaceutical industries or similar
• Strong multitasking, communication, and computer skills
• Customer-focused with a strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and safety practices
• Willing to work rotating day and night shifts
