Project Coordinator - Restoration & Facilities Management

Your new organisation is a growing, ISO-certified restoration company delivering fire, flood and mould restoration across Victoria, backed by a strong reputation for quality workmanship and a supportive team culture.

They're now looking for a Project Coordinator to join their office team — keeping jobs, technicians and clients running smoothly behind the scenes.

About this opportunity:

• Office-based role — not a site or project management position

• $70,000 – $75,000 + super, depending on experience

• Full-time, permanent position

• 8:00am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday

• Central to daily operations — a key link between the office, the field team and clients

• Established, growing team with clear processes and a supportive office environment

Your responsibilities:

• Reviewing site reports submitted by technicians, checking they meet standard before they're sent to the client

• Planning the week ahead — scheduling and allocating technicians to jobs, and estimating completion times

• Coordinating jobs and orders between clients and the field team, keeping everyone informed and on track

• Acting as the go-to point of contact between the office and technicians in the field

• Maintaining accurate job records and documentation

• Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of restoration projects from the office

To be considered for this role:

• Proven experience in a project coordination, scheduling or resource-planning role — backgrounds in restoration, building or facilities management highly regarded

• Strong attention to detail, particularly reviewing technical or field reports for quality and accuracy

• Excellent organisational skills, comfortable managing multiple jobs and priorities at once

• Confident communicator, equally comfortable liaising with clients and field technicians

• Strong computer literacy, comfortable working across scheduling and job-management systems
