High Ticket Closer - Sales Associate

About the role

This is a sales position at Real Deal Property, where you'll help everyday Australians build wealth through strategic property investment. You'll work with clients looking for a proven plan, expert guidance and access to investment opportunities. The role involves building trust, uncovering client needs and confidently asking for the sale in a high-ticket sales environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build trust with clients and uncover their property investment needs

• Confidently ask for the sale and close deals

• Exceed sales targets consistently

• Handle objections effectively

• Use CRM (HUBSPOT) and technology tools to manage client relationships

About you

• Sales experience is mandatory

• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets

• Strong objection handling and closing skills

• Excellent communication and rapport-building ability

• High energy and self-motivation

• Professional presentation

• Confidence using CRMs and technology

• Genuine desire to continually improve

• Ideally have experience in high-ticket sales, finance or mortgage broking, property, automotive, business-to-business sales, recruitment, telecommunications, or other performance-driven sales environments
