About the role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Labourer to join the TRN Group team. As a Skilled Civil Labourer, you will be responsible for providing valuable support to our construction projects, utilising your hands-on expertise to ensure the successful delivery of our developments. This is a full-time role that offers long-term career opportunities within our growing organisation. 

What you'll be doing

• Undertaking a variety of manual labour tasks on civil construction sites, including general labouring, site preparation, operating small equipment, and assisting plant operators.

• Daily pre-starts, safety checks and maintenance of machinery

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment by following all site safety procedures and regulations

• Demonstrating excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship

• Working as part of a site crew to meet project deadlines

• Participating in ongoing training and development to continuously improve your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

• Current NSW driver’s license

• White Card

• A minimum of 4 years labouring in experience in civil construction

• Previous experience operating all types of Rollers

• Be confident operating 5-40 tonne machinery

• Punctual, reliable, and able to work both in a team and independently
