Trainer & Assessor - Security - First Aid - White Card

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Trainer and Assessor to deliver training in:

• Certificate II in Security Operations

• HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation

• HLTAID011 Provide First Aid

• HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting

• CPCWHS1001 Prepare to Work Safely in the Construction Industry (White Card)

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing national training organisation and make a real difference by developing the skills and confidence of learners across the Northern Territory.

Based in Darwin, you will deliver engaging, compliant, and industry-relevant training to a diverse range of students including security personnel, job seekers, construction workers, corporate clients, and community organisations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering face-to-face training and assessment

• Conducting practical assessments and observations

• Maintaining accurate training records and documentation

• Supporting students throughout their learning journey

• Ensuring compliance with RTO Standards and training package requirements

• Creating an engaging and positive learning environment

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)

• Current NT Security Licence

• Current industry experience in security operations and/or construction safety

• Current First Aid qualifications

• Strong presentation and communication skills

• Ability to engage learners from diverse backgrounds

• Current driver's licence

• Experience delivering Certificate II in Security Operations

• Experience delivering White Card training

• Experience delivering First Aid training

• Vocational competencies relevant to the courses delivered
