About the role

This full-time Warehouse & Counter Sales role in Wacol offers an exciting opportunity to join a leading distributor of automotive, powersports and solar products. As part of the warehouse and customer service team, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient inventory management and providing excellent service to both trade and wholesale customers.

What you'll be doing

• Serving trade customers at the counter and over the phone

• Processing orders and preparing quotes

• Picking, packing and receiving stock

• Keeping the warehouse organised and stock accurate

• Supporting general branch operations as needed

What we're looking for

• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills

• Comfortable dealing with customers face-to-face and over the phone

• Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management

• Basic computer skills for order processing and invoicing

• A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work efficiently

• Strong work ethic and willingness to pitch in wherever needed

• Current driver’s licence

• A forklift license or the willingness to obtain one

• Full Australian working rights

• Mechanical or automotive background is highly regarded
