Position overview
South West Healthcare (SWH) is excited to offer further opportunities for Registered Nurse graduates who were not matched in the PMCV 2026 Graduate Nurse allocations.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join SWH in a 12-month Graduate Nurse Program commencing in September 2026, where you will be supported to build your confidence, strengthen your clinical skills and broaden your experience across a range of healthcare settings.
Our program is designed to provide a supportive and rewarding transition into professional practice, with structured clinical support, meaningful learning opportunities and exposure to different campuses, wards and clinical areas. You will be encouraged to learn, grow and make a meaningful contribution to the care of our patients and community.
Rotations will be scheduled across nursing areas and may include:

This is more than a graduate program, it is an opportunity to grow your skills, expand your experience and build your confidence as a Registered Nurse, with the support of an experienced and dedicated team.
