What will you be doing?

This is a hands-on Senior Associate role for someone who wants stretch, exposure and momentum. You’ll work closely with Adam Edelman and David Jewkes on high‑profile domestic and cross‑border transactions for major local and international clients, particularly across the resources and energy sectors, in a team that values initiative and collaboration (and even a bit of fun thrown in!).

As an integral member of the team you will work on high-end corporate and M&A matters, including:

• complex, cross-border and domestic acquisitions, restructures and divestments;
• private equity buyouts and exits;
• equity capital markets transactions, including IPOs and secondary raisings;
• corporate governance and strategic advisory work; and
• complex joint ventures and shareholder arrangements.

Who are you?

You’re an experienced corporate lawyer ready to operate at a senior level on complex, high‑value transactions. You bring:

• 4+ years' PQE in corporate and commercial law in a top-tier or major firm
• A strong commercial instinct and the confidence to advise on complex, high end matters
• Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills, with a sharp eye for risk and detail
• The ability to build trusted client relationships and contribute strategically to transactions
• Experience advising public companies and working with ASX Listing Rules (desirable, but not essential)
