Anitech is a rapidly growing Australian consulting and technology company specialising in Occupational Hygiene, Risk & Compliance, Information Security, ISO Management Systems and Digital Compliance solutions. As we continue our growth journey, we're looking for an organised and people-focused HR Officer to support our employees and help build a high-performing workplace culture.
The HR Officer will play a key role in supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, and HR administration across the business.
This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working across a broad range of people and culture initiatives and wants to contribute to a growing and dynamic organisation.
Support recruitment and talent acquisition activities
Coordinate onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
Maintain HR records, systems and documentation
Assist with performance review and development programs
Support employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
Provide first-level HR support to managers and employees
Assist with HR compliance, policies and governance requirements
Coordinate training, induction and capability development activities
You'll be a proactive and organised HR professional who enjoys working with people and building positive workplace experiences.
Qualification in Human Resources, Business or related discipline
2+ years' experience in an HR Officer, HR Coordinator or similar role
Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Excellent administration and organisational skills
Experience in consulting, professional services or technology environments
Experience with HRIS systems - Employment Hero
Knowledge of ISO management systems and compliance environments
