Marketing & Communications Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our Strategy, Growth & Innovation team on an 8 month fixed term contract with a possibility of extension. This is a diverse and exciting role that supports the delivery of marketing, communications, digital content, events, and engagement initiatives that strengthen RCR's brand, support business growth, and enhance employee engagement.

About the Role

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will coordinate and deliver a wide range of marketing and communication activities across the business. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers, you will coordinate campaigns, digital content, marketing collateral, events and corporate communications that align with RCR's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns and promotional activities, monitoring performance and preparing reports.
• Create and manage content across digital channels, including websites, social media, email marketing, and internal communication platforms.
• Develop marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, case studies, newsletters, videos, and promotional materials.
• Assist with internal communications, employee engagement initiatives, and company announcements.
• Coordinate trade shows, conferences, customer events, and other marketing activities.
• Work with external suppliers, agencies, and stakeholders to deliver marketing projects and initiatives.
• Maintain brand assets and ensure marketing materials align with the company brand guidelines.
• Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies and business growth initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, systems, and content management practices.

Qualifications. Skills and Experience

Essential

• Degree qualification in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related discipline.
• Approximately three years' experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects and manage competing deadlines.
• High level of digital literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience creating and coordinating content across a range of digital  channels.
• Experience creating marketing collateral and branded content.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.

Desirable

• Experience with social media management and analytics platforms.
• Experience using website content management systems (CMS).
• Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva experience.
• Experience coordinating events, trade shows, conferences, or customer engagement activities.
• Exposure to AI-enabled productivity or marketing tools.
