About the role
MacKillop Family Services is proud to be a key partner in the Brimbank Melton Orange Door network, bringing specialist expertise in child and young person wellbeing, vulnerability, and risk. The Orange Door provides a central access point for children, young people, families, and individuals experiencing family violence, family safety concerns, and wellbeing challenges, ensuring they receive timely support and access to the services they need.
We are seeking a Children and Young Person's Practice Leader to join our integrated team at The Orange Door in Sunshine.
This is a meaningful opportunity to play a critical role in improving outcomes for children, young people, and families by providing expert practice leadership on engaging children and young people, assessing risk and needs for the infant, child, young person and family, and supporting interventions for infants, children and young people impacted by family violence and/or experiencing vulnerabilities due to other factors.
