Litigation Lawyer

This boutique Melbourne CBD law firm based in the centre of Melbourne’s legal precinct is currently looking for a Lawyer with 2-5 years post-admission experience to work primarily in our litigation team. 1 year post admission experience may be considered, subject to references and level of experience with litigation files.  More senior part time litigators who need to balance work with family, may be considered at a higher rate of remuneration on a pro-rated basis.  Applicants will be individually assessed as applications are received.

Working within a busy, high performing, collaborative and friendly team, this role will see you working on litigation files with a Senior Associate and Partner. This role will provide you with the opportunity to work within a broad range of legal areas including:

• general litigation;

• commercial litigation; and

• insolvency and restructure. 

The ideal candidate will have experience in the Supreme Court, Federal Court, County Court and Magistrates' Court. 

• a proven ability to work autonomously, with a proactive approach and desire to be an integral member of our team.

• excellent analytical, communication and research skills.
