Automotive Finance & Insurance Business Manager

We have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Finance & Insurance Business Manager to join one of our high-performing, multi-franchise dealerships. With two positions available across our metropolitan locations, north or south of the river, both offer access to strong finance PMAs and outstanding earning potential. THE POSITIONS

Finance Business Manager
As an experienced Finance Business Manager, you will manage the Finance department within the dealership, overseeing all finance and insurance operations, whilst driving strategic lending solutions for customers. This role requires excellent time management skills and the ability to effectively build, manage and influence relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. You will also play a key role in supporting the sales team, leveraging finance as a strategic tool to enhance the sales cycle and drive business performance.

Skills and experience  

• Finance & Insurance industry experience is a must

• Strong sales mind-set and orientation 

• Proven leadership capabilities

• Highly effective customer service skills, preferably within a sales environment

• Proficient acumen working with numbers, strong attention to detail, high level organisational skills

• High level of communication, ability to work across multiple internal and external stakeholder groups.
