About the role

About the Role
Reporting to the Logistics and Finance Analyst, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth, compliant and efficient logistics operations across Australia. This role works closely with Finance, Sales, Regulatory Affairs and Marketing to support the full order-to-delivery process.
You'll be responsible for:
Managing end-to-end order processing in MYOB Advanced, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment
Coordinating and tracking shipments to customers
Monitoring consignment stock, conducting audits and supporting stock optimisation
Preparing periodic sales and logistics reports
Responding to customer enquiries with professionalism and timely information
Maintaining accurate logistics, inventory and customer records
Identifying supply chain bottlenecks and recommending process improvements
Ensuring compliance with internal policies, industry standards and medical device requirements
Supporting other logistics and supply chain projects as required
About You
You'll bring strong logistics and supply chain experience, ideally within the medical device or healthcare sector, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Candidates must have Australian work rights, including citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid work visa.
Qualifications & Experience
Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Business Administration or Logistics
3–5 years' experience in logistics, supply chain or inventory management
Experience in stock control, demand forecasting and inventory optimisation
Understanding of regulatory requirements within medical devices (highly regarded)
Proficiency in MS Office and MYOB Advanced or similar ERP systems
Experience using data analysis tools to support reporting and decision-making
