As part of the award-winning Lancemore Hotel Group, we're looking for talented casual chefs to join our kitchen team.

Whether your passion lies in à la carte dining, event catering, or both - this is a great opportunity to work across varied service styles in a scenic, supportive environment.

About the Role
You'll work as part of our kitchen team to deliver high-quality meals across restaurant service, and large-scale functions including weddings and corporate events.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and plating dishes to a high standard

• Supporting the team with service flow across restaurant and event operations

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and well organised work area

• Adapting to changing service demands and team needs

What We're Looking For

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or higher) is essential

• Experience in à la carte and/or banquet-style kitchens is highly regarded

• Understanding of Australian food safety and HACCP principles

• Calm under pressure with a reliable, can-do attitude

• Availability across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays (as rostered)

• Work rights in Australia
