Medical Receptionist Opportunity – Brisbane

Generations Medical is a well-established, GP-owned, boutique medical practice delivering high-quality, patient-centred care in a warm and supportive environment. We are located in the St Lucia/Taringa area. We're currently seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our friendly front-desk team.

About the practice:
• Elegant, modern clinic
• 14 GP practice with allied health & pathology on site
• Supportive, close-knit team culture
• Monday–Friday clinic hours (no weekends or public holidays)

About the role:
As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. Responsibilities include:
• Welcoming and checking in patients
• Appointment scheduling & managing patient records
• Billing, accounts & Medicare processing
• Liaising with doctors, nurses & allied health
• Maintaining accurate computer-based records
• Delivering warm, professional customer service

About you:
• Previous medical reception experience essential (Best Practice highly regarded but not essential)
• Well-presented, punctual and professional
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and work well in a team
• Current CPR certificate
• Roster flexibility
