We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded leader to join us as Senior Leader, Product & Operations. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of both the product strategy and operational performance of a well-established wealth business while helping shape its future direction.

Working closely with senior leaders across investments, distribution, risk, technology and external partners, you'll play a critical role in delivering sustainable growth, exceptional investor outcomes and operational excellence.

The Opportunity

Supporting the Head of Funds, you'll be accountable for the performance, governance and evolution of our product portfolio and end-to-end operating model.

You'll lead the strategy, commercial performance and governance of our managed fund and investment products while ensuring the operating model that supports investors remains scalable, efficient and well controlled.

Key areas of accountability include:

• Ownership of the product portfolio, including strategy, governance, lifecycle management and commercial performance.
• Leadership of the end-to-end investor and managed funds operating model.
• Delivery of strategic initiatives, business transformation and operational improvement programs.
• Oversight of key service providers across registry, custody, fund administration and technology.
• Ownership of operational risk, controls, incidents, remediation and governance outcomes.
• Management of product economics, budgets, business cases and benefits realisation.
• Building a culture of accountability, ownership and continuous improvement across Product & Operations.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for a leader who combines strategic thinking with operational discipline and a deep understanding of wealth and funds management.

You'll bring:

• Lleadership experience within wealth management, funds management or financial services.
• Strong product governance and product lifecycle management expertise.
• Experience across managed funds operations, fund administration, registry and custody environments.
• Proven success leading strategic change, transformation and operational improvement initiatives.
• Strong commercial acumen, including budget management, product economics and business case development.
• Experience managing outsourced service providers and complex stakeholder environments.
• The ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams while delivering results through collaboration and influence.
