Store Manager - Malvern (South Australia)

Permanent role (38 hours/week) based in our new Malvern (South Australia) location! Our aim is to improve the lives of the most vulnerable people in Australia, especially those affected by bushfire, flood and other disasters.   Every in-store purchase supports our Australian Red Cross teams to help people as they overcome hardship, crisis and disaster here at home and across the Asia Pacific.   About the role As a Store Manager with Australian Red Cross, you’ll lead the strategic and day‑to‑day operations of a community‑focused retail store. Your work centres on driving sales performance, elevating the customer experience, and ensuring the store is a welcoming, well-run environment. With support from the Area Manager, you’ll analyse sales trends, shape local business strategies, and champion Red Cross values through exceptional service and community engagement.   You’ll also play a pivotal role in building, coaching and inspiring a diverse team of staff and volunteers.
