Part-time Assistant Store Manager – Eastern Creek Quarter

We’re looking for a dynamic Part-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our 2XU ECQ team in NSW and help deliver an exceptional shopping experience that reflects the 2XU brand.

Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving store performance, coaching and developing the team, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You’ll be hands-on across day-to-day operations, inventory, visual merchandising and sales, while helping create a high-performing and positive team environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support the Store Manager in driving sales, KPIs and overall store performance
• Lead by example and deliver a world-class customer experience that embodies the 2XU brand
• Support day-to-day store operations, including rostering, inventory, stock management and store presentation
• Coach, motivate and develop team members through hands-on leadership
• Support visual merchandising and ensure the store is consistently presented to a high standard
• Assist with achieving sales targets and maintaining strong operational standards
• Step up and take ownership of the store in the Store Manager’s absence

What You’ll Bring:

• Previous retail leadership, Assistant Store Manager, 2IC or senior retail experience essential
• A genuine passion for health, fitness and high-performance apparel
• Confident, hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• A proven ability to work towards and achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Experience with rostering, stock management and day-to-day store operations
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Energy, enthusiasm and a desire to make a real impact
• Flexibility to work a part-time roster of around 26 hours, including a Sunday
