Front of House Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Front of House Manager to join our team for an upcoming event. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is confident leading a team, managing busy service periods and keeping things running smoothly.

You’ll need previous Front of House management experience, be organised and reliable, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment. If you’re a strong leader who enjoys hospitality and isn’t afraid to get stuck in when things get busy, we’d love to hear from you.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading and motivating the FOH team by example

• Hiring, inducting, training, and developing service staff

• Creating and managing weekly rosters

• Coordinating event service to ensure smooth, efficient operations

• Providing high-quality barista service and ensuring consistent coffee standards

• Building strong relationships with guests and suppliers

• Working closely with the kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless service

• Maintaining a high standard of customer service at all times

• Upholding Workplace Health & Safety and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements

• Overseeing setup, pack-down, and cleanliness of FOH areas

• Handling customer feedback and resolving service issues professionally

You will bring:

• Proven experience in event planning and execution within a hospitality environment, including large-scale events

• Strong knowledge of event and FOH operations

• Barista experience with the ability to deliver consistently high-quality coffee under pressure

• Excellent guest service orientation with the ability to exceed client expectations

• Strong eye for detail and quality assurance

• Exceptional organisational and time management skills

• Collaborative team player with proven leadership qualities

• Flexible, adaptable, and committed to delivering excellence

• Current NSW RSA certification (essential)

• Own licence and transport preferred
