HVAC Installer & HVAC Installer Assistant

Gray Bros Air Conditioning is a growing commercial HVAC company delivering projects across Southeast Queensland. Due to continued growth, we are seeking both an experienced HVAC Duct Installer and a motivated HVAC Duct Installer Assistant to join our team. 

About the Roles

HVAC Duct Installer Responsibilities

• Installation of commercial HVAC ductwork

• Reading and interpreting ductwork drawings

• Installation of supports, brackets and associated components

• Working alongside project teams on commercial construction sites

• Maintaining high safety and quality standards

HVAC Duct Installer Assistant Responsibilities

• Assisting with ductwork installation

• Handling materials, tools, and equipment

• Supporting tradespeople on commercial projects

• Maintaining clean and safe work areas

• General site duties as required

What We're Looking For

HVAC Duct Installer

• Experience installing commercial HVAC ductwork

• Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings

• White Card (essential)

• Current driver's licence (preferred)

• Reliable with a strong work ethic

HVAC Duct Installer Assistant

• White Card (essential)

• Current driver's licence (preferred)

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Construction, Sheetmetal or HVAC experience is an advantage but not essential
