• Provide person-centred care and support to older people while travelling on our bus service
• Assist people to feel safe, comfortable and valued throughout their journey
• Support individual needs while promoting dignity, independence and choice
• Build positive and respectful relationships with customers, families and colleagues
• Help create a welcoming, inclusive and supportive environment on board
• Work as part of a friendly and professional team while travelling to different locations across Sydney
• Contribute to the safe and smooth operation of the service

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent experience
• A genuine passion for supporting and caring for older people
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A calm, respectful and compassionate approach
• Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to travel across Sydney
• A commitment to providing safe, high-quality and person-centred care
• 
  

Desirable: Experience in aged care, community services, disability, hospitality, retail or other customer-focused roles.
