Administrator - Solar and Battery Operations

At Tindo, we are seeking a motivated and organised Administrator to join our Operations Team. This is a pivotal role where you will be the first point of contact for service-related enquiries, ensuring the efficient triage, coordination, and management of customer cases. Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our solar services while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Serve as the primary contact for customer service inquiries via email

• Provide customer service support, assisting with troubleshooting and resolving basic scheduling or service-related issues, recording job notes etc

• Support the team with administrative tasks, including MYOB, CRM and Office processes

• Organisational and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset
