Are you a detail-oriented professional looking for a rewarding career? We're seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operator / Storeperson to join our team in Mackay QLD on a permanent full-time basis.

What you will be doing:

• Assist in the day-to-day operations including receiving, picking, packing, tinting paint, and dispatching goods.
• Conduct stock control activities such as cycle counts and stocktakes.
• Maintain equipment and ensure safe, efficient handling of goods.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service through effective communication, accuracy, and handling of stock within the centre.
• Process documentation such as Dangerous Goods paperwork, delivery dockets, and consignment notes.
• Support the Trade Centre Manager with data entry, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You:

First and foremost, you are someone who builds and maintains trust and respect by setting strong examples of behaviour and following through on commitments. Your past experiences have demonstrated your ability to make a true difference and boost team morale, accountability, and engagement.

• Previous experience in a warehouse role.
• Forklift License and experience operating a counterbalance Forklift.
• Current manual driver's license.
• Experience with using SAP (desirable).
• A strong focus on health and safety.
• Good physical fitness and health.
• A driven, self-motivated personality.
• Excellent planning, organizing, and time management skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
