We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated Service Technician to join our Perth (Bayswater) team in a full-time permanent role. If you enjoy problem-solving, working independently, and taking ownership of your jobs from start to finish — this could be the perfect role for you.

The Role

This is a field-based position servicing clients across the Perth metro area, including homes, schools, hospitals, and clinics.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to client sites to diagnose and repair equipment

• Perform scheduled servicing, preventative maintenance and emergency repairs

• Assemble, modify and repair assistive technology equipment in the workshop

• Install accessories and manage spare parts

• Maintain accurate service records in CRM systems

• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

• Manage jobs end-to-end with attention to detail

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a technical, mechanical, or field service role (preferred)

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability

• Experience with low-voltage electrical fault finding (highly regarded)

• Excellent communication skills and customer focus

• Strong time management and ability to work independently

• Basic computer skills (CRM systems, Microsoft Office)

• Current Driver’s Licence (essential)

• NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
