At Astris PME, we provide high-quality assistive technology and mobility equipment that empowers individuals with special needs to live more independently.
We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated Service Technician to join our Perth (Bayswater) team in a full-time permanent role. If you enjoy problem-solving, working independently, and taking ownership of your jobs from start to finish — this could be the perfect role for you.
This is a field-based position servicing clients across the Perth metro area, including homes, schools, hospitals, and clinics.
Travel to client sites to diagnose and repair equipment
Perform scheduled servicing, preventative maintenance and emergency repairs
Assemble, modify and repair assistive technology equipment in the workshop
Install accessories and manage spare parts
Maintain accurate service records in CRM systems
Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Manage jobs end-to-end with attention to detail
Proven experience in a technical, mechanical, or field service role (preferred)
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
Experience with low-voltage electrical fault finding (highly regarded)
Excellent communication skills and customer focus
Strong time management and ability to work independently
Basic computer skills (CRM systems, Microsoft Office)
Current Driver’s Licence (essential)
NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
