ServiceNow Business Analyst – Sydney

Delivery Centric is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to gather and analyse business requirements, support ServiceNow implementations, and work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective service management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and process mapping sessions.
• Support implementations across ITSM, ITOM, Service Catalog, and workflows.
• Prepare user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and UAT documentation.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and testing teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Support the alignment of business requirements with ServiceNow solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in ServiceNow Functional Consulting.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL / ITSM concepts and processes.
• Strong requirements gathering and process analysis skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
