The Role - Café Manager
 
We're looking for a Café Manager to support our Director of Operations in overseeing daily operations at Café Loulou. You'll help lead the front-of-house team, ensuring smooth service, maintaining product standards, and delivering a consistently exceptional guest experience.
You'll be responsible for:

• Supporting staff training and mentoring.
• Running the store during management's days off.
• Coordinating daily operations with the kitchen and bistro teams.
• Managing retail and delivery orders with precision and care.

About You

• Customer service-focused with a genuine love for fine food.
• 1-2 years' retail or food & beverage experience.
• Some leadership experience preferred, but not essential.
• Comfortable using POS systems.
• A strong communicator and reliable team player.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
