About the Role
This is a standout opportunity for a commercially sharp, design-aware Senior Project Manager to take the reins on end-to-end delivery of high-profile commercial fit-out projects across Sydney.
At Cachet Group, you'll work across the full project lifecycle - from winning the pitch to handing over the keys - collaborating with talented designers, site teams, consultants, and clients to deliver spaces that genuinely impress. You won't just manage projects; you'll shape the client experience, lead a team, and have a clear runway toward broader organisational leadership.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll own the full project lifecycle, including:
Project Leadership & Delivery
Lead projects from pitch to handover: programmes, budgets, value engineering, and client presentations
Manage contract documentation, design coordination, approvals, procurement, and subcontractor appointments
Oversee site delivery through regular meetings, tracking progress, quality, safety, and cost performance
Issue variations, progress claims, completion documentation, and final invoicing
Ensure a smooth client handover and manage defects through to final sign-off
Stakeholder & Client Management
Build lasting relationships with clients, landlords, and consultants
Lead progress meetings, manage expectations, and keep communication clear at every stage
Coordinate across design, procurement, finance, and project teams for seamless execution
Manage weekly resourcing and provide timely updates to internal stakeholders
People & Culture
Mentor junior project managers and actively invest in their development
Lead by example - calm under pressure, collaborative, and proactive in solving problems
About You
