Appian Technical Lead & Presales Leader

We are seeking an Appian Technical Lead & Presales Leader to drive both technical delivery and business growth in the Appian practice. This is a hybrid role requiring a mix of hands-on Appian expertise and client-facing presales leadership.

The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable in leading Appian implementation projects and engaging with clients to position Appian as the solution of choice for their digital transformation needs.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Appian-based applications.
• Architect scalable and high-performance Appian solutions that meet client requirements.
• Provide technical mentorship to Appian developers and solution architects.
• Ensure best practices, coding standards, and governance in Appian implementations.
• Drive performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting of Appian applications.

Presales & Client Engagement

• Work with clients, sales teams, and business stakeholders to drive Appian solution adoption.
• Conduct technical demos, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and workshops to showcase Appian capabilities.
• Develop Appian proposals, solution designs, and RFP responses for new business opportunities.
• Act as the trusted advisor for customers evaluating Appian for digital transformation.
• Identify business challenges and align Appian solutions to client pain points.

Key Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT consulting, solution architecture, and application development.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Appian BPM (versions 20+ preferred).
• Strong presales experience ability to engage clients, articulate value, and lead presentations.
• Deep knowledge of Appian architecture, integrations (REST, SOAP, RPA), security, and DevOps best practices.
• Strong understanding of low-code automation, business process management (BPM), and case management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills able to liaise with both technical and business teams.
• Appian certifications (Appian Lead Developer / Appian Solutions Architect) preferred.
