Pizza Chef

We are looking for an experienced Pizza Chef to join our team at Sneaky's Restaurant in Angle Vale.

For 12 years we have been a successful Italian Restaurant with an outstanding local reputation for our food and hospitable service.

Position requirement:

• Minimum 1 year experience with hand stretch dough and wood fired pizza oven.
• Making dough to our recipe.
• Preparing measured dough balls.
• The ability to work well independently or with team in a fast paced environment.
• Food handling accreditation
• Maintaining OH&S standards
• Be available to work Wednesday to Sunday, split shifts.

Duties:

• Ensure the production, preparation and presentation of food are to the highest quality at all times.
• Setting up and packing down before and after service.
• High standards of cleanliness, punctuality and organization.
• Liaising with chefs in the smooth running of the kitchen.
• Passion for food and pizza making.
