We are currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our healthcare talent pool and support our clients across Aged Care and General Practice settings throughout Perth Metro and Regional WA.

About the Role
We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and clinically confident Registered Nurses who can adapt to different healthcare environments and deliver high-quality patient and resident care.
Opportunities may be available across:
- Residential Aged Care Facilities
- General Practice / GP Clinics
- Metro and Regional Healthcare Settings
Depending on your experience and the requirements of our clients, you may be offered shifts that align with your clinical background and preferred availability.
Key Responsibilities - Provide high-quality, patient-centred clinical care across Aged Care and General Practice settings.
- Conduct clinical assessments, health assessments, care planning, and accurate clinical documentation.
- Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments in accordance with relevant policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines.
- Monitor patients’ and residents’ health and respond appropriately to changes in condition.
- Perform clinical procedures including wound care, ECGs, health screenings, and other nursing interventions as required.
- Support chronic disease management, preventative healthcare, health promotion, and patient/resident education.
- In General Practice settings, support GPs with patient consultations, clinical procedures, immunisations, and preventative health services.
- Maintain accurate immunisation records through the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) where required.
- Use relevant clinical software, including Best Practice, to maintain accurate patient records where required.
- Work collaboratively with GPs, care staff, allied health professionals, patients, residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain high standards of infection control, clinical governance, safety, and compliance.
- Promote dignity, choice, wellbeing, and quality of life for patients and residents
Key Requirements - Current Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA.
- Relevant clinical experience in Aged Care, General Practice, or another relevant healthcare setting.
- Strong clinical knowledge and patient-care skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different healthcare environments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexible availability for shift-based work.
- Current CPR certification and relevant compliance documentation.
Additional Requirements for GP Nursing Opportunities Candidates seeking General Practice assignments should have:
- Previous General Practice nursing experience.
- Experience using Best Practice clinical software.
- Experience with the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR).
- Confidence performing common GP nursing procedures and preventative health services.
