Field Operators (Mowing, brush cutting, Spraying)

We are seeking Expressions of Interest for motivated and reliable all-rounders to support our growing Grounds Maintenance operations across Defence, infrastructure and commercial environments in South Australia. The role involves a range of activities including mowing, brush cutting, slashing, weed control and general site upkeep, with opportunities to progress into more advanced powerline tree works depending on skills and qualifications.

About you:

• Highly safety conscious

• Physically fit & healthy, and enjoy working outdoors

• Highly motivated, with a positive attitude and able to work as part of a team

• Ability to travel within SA and interstate (Living Away from Home)

• Reliable and willing to follow procedures in regulated environments

Skills and qualifications:

Essential:

• General Construction Safety White Card

• Manual Driver’s Licence

• Able to obtain a police check or site security clearance

• Must be an Australian Citizen
  

Highly Regarded:

• First Aid / CPR

• Brush cutter and mowing experience

• Chemical handling or spraying certification

• Chainsaw operation

• EWP Licence

• Leadership or supervisory experience
