Positions of interest:

Graduate Behaviour Support Practitioner

Hourly rate: $42.55 – $43.42 per hour*

• Supported role transitioning from university into professional PBS practice.
• Work closely with experienced practitioners and structured supervision.
• Complete core accreditation within 6 months with Brightt’s support.

*Rates indicative only. Final remuneration depends on experience, qualifications, and NDIS accreditation level.

Essential Criteria:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications: Graduates can be enrolled or in the final year or recently completed a degree in Psychology, Therapy, Counselling, Social Work, Developmental Education, Education, or related field.
• Strong communication, writing, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to achieve Core proficiency
• Current and unrestricted driver’s licence and ability to travel regionally every 4–6 weeks (all expenses paid).
• NDIS Worker Check, National Police Check, WWCC and unrestricted work rights in Australia.
• Comfortable working in a dog-friendly office environment.
