About the role

Landscapists Pty Ltd is a well-established garden design, construction, and maintenance company based in the heart of Berry. We specialise in creating and maintaining high-end residential gardens across the Shoalhaven and Kiama region.

We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on individual to join our team!

What You Can Expect:

• Ongoing in-house training, with opportunities for further external development.

• A variety of rewarding tasks including ride-on mowing, hand mowing, whipper snipping, weeding, pruning, hedging, mulching, planting and more.

• A positive, team-oriented work environment.

• Monday to Friday working hours.

• Annual skin health check and uniform allowance.

What We’re Looking For:

• A genuine interest in gardens and outdoor work.

• Previous experience in maintaining outdoor spaces.

• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.

• A strong work ethic and a respectful attitude towards team members and clients.

• A current manual driver’s licence is essential.
