Jetblack Espresso
About the role
What's the Job?
Probably the most interesting coffee related role on the planet! Sales of top-end domestic coffee machines, grinders & accessories, training budding home baristas and offering the best after sales service in the industry. Oh, and there's the best espresso going. All day long!
Who are you?
You love coffee. You might be a barista who wants to take a step away from the machine but not out of the industry. Or someone who wants to turn a coffee obsession into a new career. You want to be challenged, continue to learn and help others develop their coffee passion.
Challenges will include matching each customer with the perfect domestic espresso machine for their needs and then teaching them how to make coffee that's better than their local cafe. (Of course we'll train you first!)
You're comfortable conversing face to face, on the phone and online. You are a team player who is self-motivated. You take pride in a job well done, and although you're happy to work within our tried and tested processes you're not afraid to suggest improvements.
Your communication skills, interest in the products and attention to detail will enable you to be a valuable addition to our company.
