Trust Specialist

You'll be part of our Working Capital Team. As a Trust Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and compliant transfer of funds into and out of the firm's Trust Account, mitigating risk to the firm's trust account and client funds held therein.

You will also support the management of the firm's working capital by ensuring billings, collections and receipting are processed efficiently and in a timely manner to meet month-to-month KPIs.

This is a full-time fixed term contract for 18 months. Hybrid working (60% in the office) is how we work; however, flexibility matters at Allens, so if you are seeking hybrid working or are looking for flexibility in your work, we would be happy to discuss what arrangements would work best for you .

You will have:

• Previous trust accounts experience in a law firm or professional service environment;
• An ability to work collaboratively with other members of the team by displaying high standards of conduct, and supporting the overall objectives of the team;
• Excellent client service skills and professionalism by responding appropriately and promptly to all forms of communication to deliver high quality client service;
• Attention to detail, ability to work efficiently and accurately under tight deadlines;
• Strong commercial acumen
• The ability to manage competing priorities; and
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• A desire to learn and grow
