Gaming Manager | Browns Plains Hotel

We're on the lookout for an experienced Gaming Manager to join the team at Browns Plains Hotel. It's a busy, well-loved local venue, and we need someone who's genuinely passionate about gaming, enjoys working with people, and wants to be part of a team that takes pride in what they do.

Day to day, you'll lead and support the gaming team, build strong relationships with our regulars, and make sure service stays excellent across the floor. You'll manage gaming operations and compliance, keep an eye on performance and promotions, and champion responsible gambling practices throughout the venue. You'll also play a key role in training and developing your team, and you'll work closely with the Venue Manager and wider leadership team to keep everything running smoothly.

About you

• Previous experience in a gaming or senior hospitality role
• Strong knowledge of gaming operations and compliance
• Confident leading and motivating a team in a busy environment
• Availability across a 7-day roster, including nights and weekends
• Current RSG and RSG refresher qualifications
