About the Role:
Room Leader: Bumbles (2 - 3 years)
Create a nurturing and engaging environment where our little ones feel confident, connected, and supported as they develop their growing independence. We’re looking for an experienced Room Leader who is passionate about building strong relationships, responding to children’s emerging interests, and creating meaningful learning experiences through play, exploration, and intentional teaching. This role requires flexibility with shifts and availability to act as Responsible Person when required, including opening and closing duties.

• Working towards or hold a valid Diploma in Early Childhood Education (certificate III holders will not be considered)

• Previous experience leading a room in an early learning setting (essential)

• Willing and able to act as Responsible Person when required

• Open to a 4-day week for the right candidate

• Flexible with shifts: availability across operating hours 7:00am - 6:00pm

• A valid WA Working with Children Check

• Full Australian working rights
