This position requires:
strong food knowledge and a love for quality ingredients
accomplished knife skills and attention to detail
great organisation, energy & efficiency
a collaborative, can-do attitude and a consistent work ethic.
A passion for cooking delicious brunch dishes in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to contribute positively to our Team are highly desirable.
