Senior Project Manager

Reporting to the VP, Corporate Strategic Initiatives, you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of this project, ensuring it is delivered on time, to scope and to a high standard.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Taking ownership of an existing project and building immediate delivery momentum

• Developing and managing integrated project plans, milestones and critical paths

• Managing scope, timelines, budgets, quality, risks, issues, actions and dependencies

• Coordinating business, technical and operational stakeholders

• Driving accountability and ensuring commitments are delivered

• Leading workshops, project forums and working sessions

• Resolving blockers and escalating decisions when required

• Providing clear, concise and actionable project reporting

• Translating complex information for different stakeholder audiences

• Applying the right Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery approach

• Maintaining strong governance and delivery discipline throughout the project

We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager who is:

• Experienced in delivering complex projects end to end
• Hands-on, structured and highly delivery-focused
• Comfortable operating at a senior level with minimal direction
• Energised by pace, ambiguity and getting things done
• Strong in stakeholder management and project communication
• Confident working across business and technical teams
• Commercially aware and skilled at balancing pace, quality and risk
• Experienced in HR, payroll or SaaS environments
• Experienced in replacing or implementing an enterprise or ERP system
• Calm, resilient and effective in a matrix environment
