About the Role

CMI’s Production Division in Landsdale is looking for a motivated Machine Operator – Roll Form (Afternoon Shift) for an immediate start. This full-time, ongoing role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-performing environment. The position operates across day or afternoon shifts with the following hours:

• Day Shift: Monday to Thursday, 7:00am - 3:30pm, and Friday, 7:00am - 1:00pm.

• Afternoon Shift: Monday to Thursday, 3:30pm - 12:00am, and Friday, 1:00pm - 7:00pm.

As a Roll Form Operator, you will be primarily responsible for: 

• Operating and maintaining roll forming machinery to produce metal products in accordance with specifications

• Monitoring machine cycles and finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards

• Upholding a clean, safe, and organised work environment at all times

• Accurately completing production reports, tracking progress and performance

• Conducting inspections and routine maintenance on machinery to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance

About You

• Previous experience as a machine operator within the manufacturing industry (desirable)

• Demonstrates initiative, a proactive approach, and a strong sense of responsibility

• Motivated to learn, adapt, and develop within a dynamic and fast-paced environment

• Committed to safety, quality, and adherence to work procedures

• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

• Reliable, organised, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a strong team culture

• A valid forklift ticket is highly regarded
