Speech Pathologist I Experienced I South Brisbane

For some clients, finding the right word is a daily challenge. For others, swallowing safely is the goal. As a Speech Pathologist with GenPhysio, you’ll help make it possible for our South Brisbane community.

If you’re an early career or experienced Speech Pathologist who wants real autonomy over your caseload, genuine flexibility in how you work, and a team that shows up for you then GenPhysio’s South Brisbane team could be your next step. You’ll work across a diverse caseload spanning the full lifespan, backed by systems and support that helps you keep a balance caseload and work life balance.

Salary: $87,000 – $110,000 base (neg based on exp) + super + bonuses 

Location: Mobile community caseload built around your home suburb — opportunities available across South Brisbane region.

About the Role 

Whether your passion is paediatrics, adult neuro, dysphagia, AAC or a mixed caseload across the lifespan, we’ll shape the role around your strengths. You’ll be backed by our in-house Speech Supervision team, a connected MDT, and a client services team that supports you with your day to day client support needs.

What You’ll Need 

• Tertiary qualification with current (or eligible) SPA registration, plus solid clinical experience 
• Passion for evidence-based, person-centred care across the lifespan 
• Driver’s licence, PI Insurance ($10m minimum), and relevant checks/screenings (or willing to obtain) 
• A great communicator who values teamwork and autonomy in equal measure
