Position Overview:

We are currently seeking highly motivated and experienced Branch Based Home Lenders to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of home loan clients, providing them with expert advice and guidance on their home loan needs. You will also be responsible for developing new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other referral partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a portfolio of home loan clients, providing them with personalized financial solutions and exceptional customer service

- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations and provide tailored home loan recommendations

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other referral partners to generate new business opportunities

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in lending policies to ensure compliance and provide accurate advice to clients

- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies

- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company

- Provide regular reports and updates to the Branch Manager on sales performance and market trends

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Home Lender or Mortgage Broker

- Strong understanding of home loan products and lending policies

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
